Our Attendants

Gorgeously fragranced products and beautiful styling are vital to the powder room, but the thing that turns bathrooms from stunning to simply sensational are our attendants. Providing a new level of superior service, the attendants personally offer lush products and soft waffle weave hand towels to guests and often, and most importantly, provide a valuable distraction to guests caught in the inevitable queue…and let’s face it, your guests will never get caught without loo paper again.

Oh de Toilette attendants are trained to tend to the powder room needs of your guests. They will also ensure that hand towels and bathroom supplies are offered to guests, kept in order and replenished throughout the night. Your female attendant will carry the L’Occitane Shea hand cream to offer to guests as they depart the bathroom - this has become one of the most valued aspects of our service.

Our attendants are not cleaners but you should expect Oh de Toilette staff to keep the sink areas wiped down and clear of debris. We just ask that the rooms be clean and tidy on arrival. Once set up, we pride ourselves on maintaining this standard from the beginning of the event to the end. We’ll also liaise with the appropriate venue and/or catering staff regarding cleaning or guest security issues wherever necessary.

Oh de Toilette attendants always look the part - they wear black blouse shirt with full length black apron (style commerçant Français) embroidered with our discrete log, tailored black trousers and black shoes. (Although they have been known to join in with the fun of the party by wearing costumes that are in keeping with the theme - contact us if you'd like to know more about this part of our service).

As a special treat we can provide a Powder Room tray for the women and a Washroom tray for the men with each containing a selection of luxury fragrances, toiletries and carefully chosen grooming aides that will enhance the guests’ visit to our rooms. They assist our attendants to offer the highest standard of service to your guests as they refresh and revitalise. Our attendants also keep a toolbox nearby throughout the event containing items such as a sewing kit, hair pins, hair dryer, sanitised combs and other supplies that will assist in dealing with most fashion emergency requests your guests may have. (Of course for this feature an attendant in each room is essential to ensure the upkeep of the trays.)
